$5/each -- for 2 hour rental
Discovery Packs are now available at Stillwaters! Discovery packs include field guides, nature games and equipment such as dip nets, observation boxes and binoculars. A pack may be “checked out” and taken on the trails of Stillwaters or to the Carpenter Lake Trail. These packs are an ideal source of environmental education and a super way to encourage children and adults to be outside enjoying nature.
There are four themes -- choose your favorite!
- General Nature & Beach -- guides & equipment for bugs, beach life, trees, flowers, more
- Pond Life -- nets, guides, boxes to explore the pond
- Trees & Plants -- special tree measuring equipment, guides for native plants
- Birds -- a pack for the casual, beginner birder of any age
